HOT YOGA

Hot yoga is yoga practiced in a heated room of approximately 38 degrees Celsius. The heat allows the body to sweat out impurities and toxins. The heat also works to warm up the muscles, which allows for increased and improved flexibility in a short and safe amount of time. Students will be guided through postures and breathing exercises, which are strategically placed together to bring maximum flexibility and healing to both the body and mind.

    Hom Yoga is the only hot yoga studio in Sydney that uses Far Infrared Technology (FIR), designed to effectively heat the room to a specified temperature. FIR heat produces sun-like heat (9-14 microns), which penetrates deep into the human body; activating major bodily functions and firing up cellular metabolism.
